SUBSCRIPTION & LIFE MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

The following informations & regulations have been updated on 1st April, 2010

1. The MEMBERSHIP FEES (w. e. f. from 27^th November, 2024) are as follows:

The amount must be transferred from the applicant's own bank account.

2. The transaction details should be emailed to Dr. Satish Maslekar, Honorary Treasurer of AIOTA, at treasurer@aiota.org (Contact Number: 9822344021)
Upon confirmation of your payment by the Hon. Treasurer to Hon. Secretary your application will be processed accordingly. Please note that no other means of communication (such as WhatsApp, calls, or instant messages) will be entertained.

3. Life Membership Rs. 8000/- + Application Charge Rs. 500/- + 18% GST = Rs. 10,030/-

4. Renewal of Membership Fee- Rs. 5000 + 18% GST = Rs. 5900 & if late to Renew = Rs. 5500 + 18%GST = Rs. 6490

5. Provisional Membership Fee: Rs.8000/-+ Rs.500/- + 18% GST = Rs. 10,030

6. The Life Members are entitled to voting rights.

7. Any future changes in address or contact nos., names should be intimated immediately to the AIOTA Web Administrator for necessary corrections on the AIOTA Mailing list.

8. Non- receipt of AIOTA Communication should be brought to the notice of AIOTA Web Administrator/Editor-in-Chief IJOT immediately.

9. On becoming the Life Member, the member shall receive Online Membership Certificate, ACOT/IOTR Registration Certificate and Membership Card.

10. On becoming the Life Member, the member will be entitled to concession in the registration fees to participate in National OT Conferences or other workshop organized by AIOTA and contest for the Executive Body of AIOTA.

11. On being a Life Member for at least 6 months, the member will be eligible for obtaining License Verification & Letter of Good Standing for Jobs abroad.

12. The Life Membership will be valid for a specified duration and will not hold good after the specified term. Currently it is 15 years of uninterrupted Life Membership.

13. AIOTA Life Membership can be taken only by those who have studied in any of the AIOTA accredited colleges. If you have not studied in an AIOTA accredited college but have made payment for Membership by wrongly mentioning the name of your institution, your request for Membership as well as the refund for payment will be denied.

14. Overall process of AIOTA Life Membership Registration takes around 15 days.
